How ordering works for Caernarfon customers
We do not have an online checkout. Instead, you message us on WhatsApp with the trophy numbers, quantities and wording you want. We reply with a free quote, and once you approve it we arrange payment directly and let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Please message us before coming over so we can confirm your order is ready. Collection is arranged with you when we confirm your order.
Quick turnaround when you need it
Local customers have told us about some very fast turnarounds. Kirsty K. said: "We placed a last minute order and it was ready within an hour." Nigel O. wrote: "Ordered and picked up within 24 hours."
Those are not guarantees, and timing depends on what you order and how busy we are. Standard items usually dispatch in 3 to 7 working days. If your event is close, tell us the date and we will be honest about what is possible.
Welsh and bilingual engraving
Our Welsh name is Y Stiwdio Tlws, and we are happy to engrave Welsh, English or bilingual wording. Send the wording exactly as it should appear, including any accented letters, and we will confirm it fits before engraving.
- Welsh only, for Welsh-medium schools and clubs
- Bilingual, with Welsh and English on separate lines
- English only, if that suits your event
Tip: For bilingual plates, put the Welsh and English on separate lines and check the characters-per-line figure on the product first.
