Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take?
Most awards dispatch in 3-7 working days. Express delivery is available for urgent orders, and we can usually help with quicker turnaround on request.
Do you include engraving?
Yes. Free engraving is included on qualifying orders. Each item shows the number of engraving lines and the maximum characters per line.
Can I order bulk trophies or medals?
Absolutely — bulk orders are what we do best. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need, how many and your date, and we’ll send a free quote. The bigger the order, the bigger the discount.
How do I order and pay?
Send us your requirements on WhatsApp and we’ll reply with a free, no-obligation quote. Once you approve it we’ll confirm payment details and an invoice with you directly — no online checkout needed.
What if I need help with artwork or engraving text?
Our team can help set up engraving text, club logos and award details before production. Send your brief over WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the final layout before anything is made.
