Dispatch times

Standard orders are usually ready to dispatch within 3-7 working days. Larger orders, custom engraving, and high-volume requests may take longer; we will confirm the dispatch date when we accept your order.

Delivery options

• Standard delivery: UK-wide, with the cost confirmed in your free quote.
• Express delivery: 1-2 working days for urgent orders.
• UK shipping: Mainland UK only unless otherwise agreed.

Returns

Personalised trophies and engraved awards are made to order and cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a fault. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
