Terms & conditions
These terms apply to every order placed with The Trophy Studio (Y Stiwdio Tlws), a family-run business based in North Wales, UK. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Order acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by The Trophy Studio. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability or pricing errors. A contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this website are catalogue guide prices and include VAT where applicable. Your final price, including any bulk discount and delivery, is set out in the written quote we send you. Free engraving is included on qualifying orders. We do not take payment through this website; payment details are agreed with you directly once you approve your quote, and your order is not accepted until we confirm it in writing.
Custom engraving and personalisation
Engraved awards are made to order and personalised specifically for you. Please check your engraving text, spelling and dates carefully before placing an order — we are not responsible for mistakes entered by the customer, though we will always try to help resolve them. Because these items are personalised, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to them once production has started (see our Refund Policy for full details).
Dispatch and delivery
Standard orders are usually dispatched within 3-7 working days; dispatch times for larger or bulk orders will be confirmed when we accept your order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We deliver to UK mainland addresses only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns and refunds
Non-personalised goods may be returned within 14 days in original condition for a refund. Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged or incorrect. Full details, including how to request a refund, are set out in our Refund Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of an event date, where an order is delayed for reasons outside our reasonable control.
Complaints and governing law
If you have a complaint, please message us on WhatsApp or via the contact page and we will do our best to resolve it promptly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
